Responsibility is what I call an 'umbrella fear'. It's the number one sneaky sabotage I see as a coach although most people don't consciously believe they are afraid of responsibility. But we are afraid of what being fully responsible for our lives, our health, our relationships, our business, our wealth will mean. Will we fail? Will it create too much change? Will we be rejected by others? You will learn to identify where this fear is secretly impacting your results, how you can harness it for change and step into your personal power.
I SEE YOU, JUDGEMENT & REJECTION
This week you will dive into all aspects of judgement & rejection. How we judge ourselves, how we reject ourselves and how the fear of others judging/rejecting us is keeping us from achieving incredible things. Whether it's being judged on social media or worrying you'll apply for the opportunity and get rejected..this is a crucial fear to SLAY and master to create success in life.
FAILURE, MY OL' FRIEND
What if I fail? What if it doesn't work out? what if this decisions is a huge mistake? What if I have to go back to a 9-5? ...Fear Of Failure is a big one for most people. It impacts us in obvious and subtle secret ways. It's why we procrastinate on making decisions or taking action. It's why we don't start the business, we don't leave the relationships. This module is hyper focused on helping you release the conquering the fear of failure and giving you the tools to take courageous action in spite of the 'what ifs..'
LET IT GO, LET IT GO
Becoming truly courageous and limitless isn't just about processing fears - it's important to process and release stuck emotions that contirbute to and amplify the fears we feel. This week you will be guided through an incredible process ot release stuck anger, sadness, fear, hurt & guilt in the body...plus we'll be doing some powerful forgiveness work so that old experiences aren't clogging up your courage-engine. This week will feel like taking off the giant backpack filled with bricks you've been carrying around for years.
MORE THAN ENOUGH
This week we tackle the fear of inadequacy and all the forms it takes; imposter syndrome, not good-enough, not smart enough, not worthy. This one impacts whether you go for things or not, whether you charge your worth or not, whether you speak up or not, whether you receive more...or not. This one is laced into everything and is a vital one to understand, dissect and dismantle. We will do this together.
SAFETY IN SUCCESS
You wouldn't consciously think that success is something you're afraid of...but most people have an internal thermostat for how much success and joy they will allow themselves to receive. Because what if success changes you? what if becoming THAT successful alienates you from your friends and family? What if that much success opens you up to online trolling and judgement? and so on...success is an important one to define for yourself and then ensure you're not sabotaging your ability to create it.
DOING THE REPS
Courage is a muscle. It's a doing word. It's something you can cultivate. It's also something that already exists in A version of you. The version of you that isn't stuck in fear. This week you will consciously design THIS next level version of you and then using powerful subconscious visualisation exercises you will step into this version of you, drawing a line underneath everything that has happened (or not happened) before.

Heart consciousness is the practice of reconnecting with the power of your hearts inner wisdom: your intuition. Most of the time when someone is getting in their own way, they are disconnected from their body's wisdom and they are stuck in thought loops, overthinking and catastrophizing. This week you will learn that your heart is one of the most powerful tool to harness - for courage, for authenticity, for manifestation. The heart actually sends MORE signals to the brain than the other way around. You will learn to open up your heart and tap into the power there so you are eternally anchored within yourself and can make decisions true and correct for you.

95% of our individual realities are determined by our subconscious minds and the unprocessed fears & beliefs programmed there.
Most of which was programmed before the age of 7.
Yup, our conscious minds (where willpower lives) only has a 5% influence...and the beliefs about yourself and the world you took on as a child is determining your results now.
In life, relationships, business, wealth & health. All of it.
It's why you might be trying to manifest your dream life by writing out affirmations every day but nothing has really changed.
It's why we may consciously say we want to do something and yet instead, we watch 5 hours of Netflix.
It's why you might consciously know it's perfectly cool to have millions in the bank...but if you're subconscious mind isn't on board with that because it believes money changes people and makes you greedy...well, then, your bank account won't have millions in it.
And even if you suddenly "GET" the thing you want out of nowhere - more often than not if we haven't worked on our internal fears & beliefs, our subconscious finds a way to no longer have that thing.
Believe it or not, statistics show that more than 70% of lottery winners end up broke and a third go on to declare bankruptcy, according to the National Endowment for Financial Education.
You might know this phenomenon as self-sabotage but ultimately it's your subconscious mind trying to keep you SAFE..based on what IT believes to be safe/unsafe.
And through experience, I've found courage-work to be FAR more effective when considering how our subconscious minds play a key part in our lives - rather than simply telling people to simply feel the fear and push really really hard to do it anyway.
The secret to consistent and sustainable dream life success is ensuring your subconscious programming, your nervous system & level of courage match where you want to GO...not where you are right now.
