Welcome! I'm Lauren Ray, I'm so happy you've found your way here. 95% of our individual realities are determined by our subconscious minds and the unprocessed fears & beliefs programmed there.

Most of which was programmed before the age of 7.

Yup, our conscious minds (where willpower lives) only has a 5% influence...and the beliefs about yourself and the world you took on as a child is determining your results now.

In life, relationships, business, wealth & health. All of it.

It's why you might be trying to manifest your dream life by writing out affirmations every day but nothing has really changed.

It's why we may consciously say we want to do something and yet instead, we watch 5 hours of Netflix.

It's why you might consciously know it's perfectly cool to have millions in the bank...but if you're subconscious mind isn't on board with that because it believes money changes people and makes you greedy...well, then, your bank account won't have millions in it.

And even if you suddenly "GET" the thing you want out of nowhere - more often than not if we haven't worked on our internal fears & beliefs, our subconscious finds a way to no longer have that thing.

Believe it or not, statistics show that more than 70% of lottery winners end up broke and a third go on to declare bankruptcy, according to the National Endowment for Financial Education.

You might know this phenomenon as self-sabotage but ultimately it's your subconscious mind trying to keep you SAFE..based on what IT believes to be safe/unsafe.

And through experience, I've found courage-work to be FAR more effective when considering how our subconscious minds play a key part in our lives - rather than simply telling people to simply feel the fear and push really really hard to do it anyway.

The live program includes an abundance of workbooks, meditations, mindset tools & exercises to support the integration of each phase. These are designed to support the learnings in each live call and you will complete these on your own time at your own pace.

9 Live Calls With Lauren Ray

In total you will have the opportunity to join 9 live coaching/training calls across the 12 weeks. In this program there are 3 phases (4 weeks each). Each phase there are 3 live calls and then 1 week for integration. Each call will be recorded and stored in the private portal for you in case you are unable to attend a call live.

When I learned how to do this work and "get out of my own way", I completely changed the trajectory of my life.

Things that I'd been dreaming about for YEARS, that people kept saying were unrealistic or I was "too late" FINALLY started happening. Here are just some of my "unrealistic" dreams that have come true as a direct result of this inner work I now teach inside Courage Academy:

I launched my Coaching Business during the Pandemic and now work with clients all over the world.
